OUR FIVE STEP PROCCESS:

Step 1 - Project Launch

Board sponsorship and sign off, business wide communications, establish cross-functional teams, governance process agreements and stakeholder's engagement.

Step 2 - Analysis & Assessment

Spend data analysis & contract mapping, purchasing diagnostic, category assessment and benchmarking to validate opportunities including quick wins, prioritise opportunities, set targets, develop business case and develop way forward road map.

Step 3 - Development Stage

Develop sourcing reviews, market testing and benchmarking to develop the optimum sourcing and procurement strategies. Further validate benefits opportunities and anchor targets (including stretch targets) for the savings implementation work streams. Provide groundwork for longer term improvements and sustainable year on year benefits.

Step 4 - Implementation Stage

Implementation Development of a detailed strategy implementation plan to deliver the agreed stretch targets. Governance and project management ensures project work-streams are co-ordinated and activities completed on time, to budget and the benefits delivered. Proven benefits tracking processes ensure the benefits are audited, signed off and captured.
